For 100 days starting 10 November at the restaurant Les Ombres, Alain Ducasse, Albert Adrià, Romain Meder and Jessica Préalpato have created ADMO. This experimental project, with Dom Pérignon Chef de cave Vincent Chaperon, is designed to offer haute cuisine in pursuit of innovation and the avant-garde, rooted in Spanish and French culture. Unique in design, the venture explores a new way of creating haute cuisine, consciously and sustainably.
AN EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION
The five protagonists have sought to create a unique experience, a continental dialogue between two exceptional culinary cultures, to encourage people to rediscover the pleasures of fine dining beyond borders.As a symbol of this original event, they have chosen Les Ombres restaurant atop the quai Branly – Jacques Chirac Museum, a hub of multicultural interaction in Paris.
