Last year, it was revealed that Brad Pitt had signed a deal with Apple TV+ to star in F1, a film centered around a Formula 1 driver and his latest life events. However, the main plot of the movie remained shrouded in mystery.
Directed by Joseph Kosinski, known for his visually stunning blockbusters (Tron: Legacy, Oblivion), F1 is no exception when it comes to star power. Alongside Pitt in the lead role, the cast features Kerry Condon, Javier Bardem, and Damson Idris, making this an all-star ensemble.
With a reported budget of around $300 million, F1 is shaping up to be one of the most expensive films of 2025 and one of the priciest projects in Pitt’s career. The newly released official trailer gives us a thrilling glimpse of the intense rivalry between the two main characters, as well as breathtaking race sequences that look absolutely spectacular.
Titled “Apex” in some international markets, F1 is set to hit theaters in June 2025 before making its way to Apple TV+.
